Q. Will i as a hunter have exclusive hunting rights to the lease?
A. Yes

Q. Can i plant food plots, or use my ATV?
A. With landowners concent.

Q. Will i need liability insurance?
A. Yes, hunters are required to carry a $1 milliion dollar liability insurance policy. The policy is not expensive, and it is a group policy. Contact us for more information.

Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment is to be paid in full when the lease is signed by cashier check, money order or certified check.

Q. When does my lease begin?
A. At the time the lease is signed. 

Q. How long does the lease last?
A. minimum of 1 year up to 5 years
